Our Mission:  The technology service provider’s reputation has become much like that of the car mechanic.  The technology service industry for the most part is non-standardized; anyone can claim to know how to service technology and there is no enforced requirement for a technician to undergo any formal training and/or certification.  There are a number of technicians out there that focus on the money and rarely do those technicians put the clients’ needs above their own.  At TCD Technology Services we want to change that image by choosing our technicians and service partners carefully; and by offering our clients solutions that are best for them regardless of which solution is the most profitable to TCDTech.  Above all else we are always honest with our clients; if the problem isn’t worth fixing we will tell them just that.  We strive to be the best in our industry and operate with competence and integrity.

About the owner Chris Davis: Chris found issues with the attention to detail and quality of work that was being performed within the computer services industry. Technicians, and sometimes the company, just didn’t care and their focus was on the money and not what was best for the customer. As his original company “The Computer Doctor” progressed he found it increasingly hard to meet client demands and expectations with being a one man shop; to that end he accepted a position at a larger computer support firm continuing to service his clients; but with the added backing of a larger company. Unfortunately the company he hired into turned out to be just like previous technicians Chris had worked with and so left to restart his company again. TCD Technology Services has evolved from The Computer Doctor and Chris’ experiences. Further it has become more apparent that clients want one place to call for any technology needs and therefore TCDTech has positioned itself to be a “one stop shop” for technology by leveraging solid relationships that have been formed with other companies offering services which complement TCDTech’s computer and networking services. When a client request comes in they are never told to call someone else; TCDTech arranges everything saving the client valuable time.
